Reservation Policies & Guidelines

Now is the time to make your reservation as we accommodate only 22 guests each trip. That's only about 600 people per season; a far cry from the 2,000 people or more large cruise ships can carry on each of their excursions!

Deposit Policy

We require a $300 per person deposit upon reservation for our 3-night, 4-night, or 6-night cruises or $200 for our 2-night cruises, with the balance due six weeks prior to the sailing date.

Payment in full is required for one-night sailing and partial day cruise reservations as well as for reservations made within six weeks of your sailing date. We accept Mastercard, Visa, personal check, or money order.

If your deposit is not received or if your full payment 6 weeks prior to sailing is not received, your reserved berth will be made available to another interested person.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, your payment will be refunded provided we receive notice at least 6 weeks before the sail date. A cancellation within six weeks of a sail date will only be refunded if we are able to resell your berth. All cancellations are subject to a $25 per person processing fee.

Although rare, the Captain may cancel a trip due to unsafe conditions or other extenuating circumstances. In this event, guests will receive a 100% refund.

No fee applies should you wish to change sailing dates within the same season, provided we have at least one week's notice before the sail date of both trips.

We recommend travel insurance to protect your vacation investment.


Discount Policy

Returning Guests: All returning guests receive a 5% discount.

Both returning guests and new guests may earn a 1% discount for each full month prior to June that a trip is booked, up to 10%. (i.e. Booking trip in February would result in a 3% discount.)

All guests earn a 1% discount for paying with a check rather than a credit card.

NOTE: The total maximum discount is 11%. Our discount program does not apply to gift certificates, auctions, charters, or previously established reservations. Discounts may not be combined with packages, last-minute deals, e-newsletter specials, or other offers. Specially themed trips may be specifically designated not to include discounts. Discounts are applied to multi-night trips only.
